ADHD, Anxiety and Anxiety-Related Challenges.

Hello! I’m Dr Rick Smith

I’ve spent over 20 years orienting adults and adolescents toward better lives. Along the way, I’ve earned a Master's and Doctorate in Education (Bath, UK), and another Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (USA). I'm always learning. I’ve taken advanced courses at Harvard on tough negotiations and at Yale for the SPACE program, which teaches parents what to do when children don't want help. I’ve also trained with the International OCD Foundation. At the heart of my work, I help clients face their challenges and live more courageous lives. I focus mainly on helping those with ADHD, OCD, and anxiety.

ADHD, Procrastination: Learn how to manage this neurological condition affecting attention, organisation, and impulse control. This work is often associated with Executive Functioning Skills Training and is appropriate for adults and teens.

Burnout, Finding Direction & Motivation: Identify a sense of purpose and the drive to pursue it, even when you don’t feel like it.

Anxiety, OCD, and Anxiety-Related Challenges: Find ways to manage emotional states and repetitive, self-defeating behaviours.

Screen Addictions: Learn solutions to create better, healthier relationship with technology, from social media to gaming. Whether you’re a parent trying to help your child or struggling yourself, we can help.
