SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is an evidence-based, parent-led program out of Yale University proven to reduce childhood anxiety as effectively as traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy. As one of Hong Kong’s first psychologists trained in SPACE, I help families address issues like school refusal, anxiety, and OCD, even when teens wont attend sessions themselves.
