I work with athletes, executives, founders, and high-performing students in Hong Kong on the psychological side of competing, leading, and delivering when the stakes are high. The approach uses the MAC protocol, the leading evidence-based framework for performance psychology, alongside ACT and CBT. The focus is the gap between what you expect of yourself and what you can deliver in the moment.
