About the speciality

About the speciality

Procrastination is rarely about laziness. It's usually connected to ADHD, executive function challenges, perfectionism, anxiety, or simply not having the right systems in place. I work with adults and teens to break cycles of avoidance, perfectionism, and disorganisation using practical, evidence-based tools. The first shift is often recognising why perfectionism causes procrastination, and that most people don't have a time problem, they have a priorities problem. From there I help you build motivation in a way that sticks, partly by noticing what didn't happen rather than only what did. For students, that means studying the way high performers actually do, with cycles of deliberate effort and real recovery. Whether it's schoolwork, career goals, or daily tasks, together we will build systems that support consistent follow-through.
