Burnout doesn't just drain energy, it erodes focus, motivation, and purpose. I work with leaders and high-performing professionals to manage stress effectively, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with what matters most. Part of the work is understanding why professionals stay stuck in high stress even when it is clearly costing them, and letting go of coping habits that quietly add weight, such as telling yourself others have it worse. We also tend to find that the core issue is a priorities problem rather than a time problem. Using evidence-based strategies, we will strengthen resilience and create a sustainable path forward, so you can perform at your best without sacrificing your wellbeing.

Burnout rarely arrives on its own, it usually brings some mix of stress, anxiety, and flattened mood, and naming the balance is the first step to addressing it. This short, private questionnaire measures all three over the past week and points you toward what to focus on first.
