Every workshop is built from the same evidence base I use in clinical work, then translated for a room in a way that lands. For schools, that often means showing students how high performers actually study, in cycles of deliberate effort and real recovery, and helping staff think clearly about what is lost when AI shortcuts the difficult work school is meant to build. For companies, the starting point is usually why professionals stay stuck in high stress even when it is costing them, and the reframe that productivity is a priorities problem more than a time problem. For parent groups, I cover the questions families raise most, including why screen time is rarely the real problem.
